Minutes of PANAS AGM - 15th March 2006

The previous year's minutes, and the Chairman and Treasurer's reports had been made available to the membership and were also distributed at the AGM.

Chairman, Jason Taylor, greeted the club members at 18:15 and asked John Elder to deliver the annual report for 2005. The year was very successful. Thanks to the runners for turning up each month, and thanks to the race organisers and timekeepers.

Steve Cook delivered the Treasurer's report and informed us that after two years, he would like to stand down from that position.

The committee elections were held and the outcome detailed below:-

Recommendations from 'other business' were that a 1st Aid Kit should be purchased, and that the five year CAPEX plan be put in place within the next few days. Ideas for CAPEX and PANEX were canvassed from the floor and included a large-format timer, orienteering style chips and contingency money for cancelled triathlons.

The Chairman, who will remain in the role until a volunteer can be found, thanked the attendees and closed the meeting at 18:26.

Thanks to all the runners, organisers and timekeepers, and we look forward to an active 2006.
